At Saint Croix, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with designer tags still attached to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
